“Report Text”

Definition of Report
Report is a text which presents information about something, as it is. It is as a result of systematic observation and analysis

Generic Structure of Report
1. General classification: Stating classification of general aspect of thing; animal, public place, plant, etc which will be discussed in general
2. Description: Describing the thing which will be discussed in detail; part per part , customs or deed for living creature and usage for materials

Language Feature of Report
• Introducing group or general aspect
• Using conditional logical connection; when, so, etc
• Using simple present tense




Example of Report Text
“Platypus”

Many people call platypus duckbill because this animal has a bill like duckbill. Platypus is a native Tasmania and southern and eastern Australia.
Platypus has a flat tail and webbed feet. Its body length is 30 to 45 cm and covered with a thick, and woolly layer of fur. Its bill is detecting prey and stirring up mud. Platypus’ eyes and head are small. It has no ears but has ability to sense sound and light.
Platypus lives in streams, rivers, and lakes. Female platypus usually dig burrows in the streams or river banks. The burrows are blocked with soil to protect it from intruders and flooding. In the other hand, male platypus does not need any burrow to stay.

Description; describing in detail characterization of platypus’ body and habitual life

Language Feature Analysis :
Focusing in group; the animal of platypus

Do you always have all things you need? You often need to ask for things to others, don’t you? You sometimes also give things to others. Can you ask for and give things to others appropriately, even you can refuse to things.

A. Expression of asking something
1.     Can I have your phone number?
2.     Could you take me the umbrella?
3.     Would you pass me the paper?
4.     May I have a cup of tea?
5.     Could you grab me the pen?
6.     Do you mind giving me your address?

Cara Membuat Sub Menu Bar di blog

Halo sahabat semua, kali ini Info rempasboyz akan berbagi cara membuat sub menu bar di blog. Sub menu bar sangat diperlukan bagi setiap blogger sejati. Bagi para pengunjung hal ini juga sangat dibutuhkan guna mencari informasi berdasarkan pada kategori di sub menu bar. Memberi sub menu bar juga membuat blog kita tampak lebih tampan, teratur, dan praktis (tidak acak-acakan). Langkah-langkahnya berhubungan dengan edit HTML. Bagi para blogger pemula mungkin akan merasa sulit, tetapi sebenarnya hal ini sangat mudah. Ikuti saja langkah-langkah yang kami jelaskan di bawah ini.

Berikut ini langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan :

PENJELASAN :
    • Ganti tanda # (warna biru) dengan link/url yang anda inginkan. Bisa jadi link posting atau label (katagori) yang ada pada blog anda.
    • Ganti Tulisan warna biru dengan menu dan sub menu yang anda inginkan.
    • Setiap sub menu bisa ditambah atau dikurangkan sesuai keinginan. 

7. Setelah itu klik Pratinjau dulu untuk memastikan scrift sudah benar . Lalu simpanlah/save. Dan tutup edit HTML tersebut.

Saran : back up dulu template anda sebelum merubah/menambah scrift diatas, agar bisa dimanfaatkan kembali jika ada masalah dengan penambahan srcritf diatas.

8. Untuk menghilangkan tampilan tampilan dabel dengan Laman Utama, 
Maka ikutilah saran berikut :

  • Masuk ke Menu Laman 
  • Lalu pilih tampilan halaman dengan memilih "jangan tampilkan"
  • Simpan setelan, maka laman utama akan tampil sendiri sesuai dengan scrift yang kita ketikkan tadi.
Blog sudah bisa dipublikasikan...

1. Greeting Expression


Greeting Expression  merupakan ungkapan atau expression dasar dari suatu percakapan tapi merupakan hal yang sering kita jumpai disetip percakapan. Greeting merupakan ungkapan pembuka dalam setiap percakapan. Setiap negara memiliki cara Greeting yang berbeda, misalkan untuk orang Indonesia bisa menggunakan Greeting dengan cara berjabat tangan, sedangkan orang Jepang dengan membungkukkan badan.

Ungkapan-ungkapan yang sering digunakan dalam Greeting adalah seperti di bawah ini:
  1. Hi/ Hello.
  2. Good morning/ afternoon, evening.
  3. How are you?/ How are you doing?/ How ya doing? (informal).
  4. Fine. How about you?

2 The Princess Who Loved to Sing

(Listening Script) : Princess Isabel loved to sing very much. She sang a

One day an old beggar asked her some money while s

Isabel was very angry, but the beggar was angry too
. The old beggar was actually a
witch. She cursed Isabel, “ From now on , you can
